Kim Traynor trained in Scully – Boravansky, attaining her R.A.D Solo Seal. After completing her studies at the Royal Ballet School in London she joined the Deutsche Opera Am Rhein, Düsseldorf. Upon her return to the Australian Ballet she toured extensively to China , the Middle East and Europe. |
Together with MR Kevin Coe OBE and Miss Donna Traynor, Kim the founded the New South Wales College of Dance servicing the Professional dance community with their Junior School in Sydney. She has been with the Victorian College of the Arts and Lecturer in Classical Ballet and Currently freelances throughout Sydney, Newcastle, Victoria and New Zealand and well as adjudicating Senior Eisteddfods.

Vanessa De Losa commenced her training at the age of 4 years in Ballet, Tap, Jazz, Singing and Drama at ED5 Performing Arts Centre.
During this time Vanessa competed in several Sydney Eisteddfods, the 1996 'I LOVE DANCE' Competition, International Competition and the 1998 Disneyland Tour in the U.S.A. She also performed in the 2000 Sydney Olympic Opening Ceremony. |
Vanessa has also obtained her A.T.O.D. Teaching Diploma in Ballet, Tap and Jazz.
In 2003 Vanessa graduated from the ED5 Performing Arts Fulltime course. She successfully applied for the prestigious RAD Teaching Diploma in London and is enjoying a career in RAD Ballet Teaching.

Dolce Fisher has been teaching and choreographing for 11 years and dancing for 22 years. Her training has crossed over many styles such as Ballet, Jazz – Lyrical & Theatre, Contemporary, & Hip Hop as well as Drama, Street Theatre and Vocal training.
Ballet has always been at the top of the list for Dolce completing her studies by becoming a registered ballet teacher with the RAD. |
Dolce is currently the head of Dance at Hillsong Performing Arts Academy where she has taught since 2002. Her dancing career has allowed her to work with the NSW Ballet Company, Tanja Liedtke, BazMark Live, Dirty Feet, SEGA World, & Fox Studios as well as working with several independent local artists across Sydney. She is also one of the head writer’s for Dance Informa, Australia’s online Dance Magazine & has interviewed people such as Cynthia Harvey, Rafael Bonachela, and Gary Chryst.
Dolce’s involvement in the dance industry enabled her to travel to New York City to perform and teach at Project Dance, Times Square New York.

Penelope Moore started dancing at the age of four at the Chamber’s De Maria Ballet Academy, undertaking her first full time year at fourteen years. At age fifteen she left Sydney to attend The Queensland Dance School of Excellence, affiliated with the Queensland Ballet. She then moved to Melbourne to study at the Victorian College of the Arts, and then back to Queensland to complete her studies at the Queensland University of Technology, with an associate Diploma in Dance/ Performance. |
As a young professional dancer Penny worked for the Queensland Ballet Company, World Dance Company and the NSW Ballet. Between contracts she was a regular at company classes with Expressions Dance Company and spent some time with Dance North in Townsville. She also worked with numerous other freelance choreographers and performers throughout NSW and Queensland.
During her career Penny has worked with some world class Choreographers such as:
Gideon Obarzanic, (Chunky Moves), Harold Collins (Queensland Ballet), Maggie Sietzma (Expressions), Natalie Wier and Garth Welsh, to name a few.
While still living in Queensland Penny worked as a dance teacher for Movements Academy of Dance, teaching all genres.
Since moving back to Sydney and starting a family of her own, Penny has embraced coming back to the dance world as a teacher. Specialising in Classical Ballet, she has also trained as a Yoga teacher and likes to include a holistic approach to her teaching method.Penny is currently teaching for the Royal Academy of Dance as well as the British Ballet Organisation, and is looking forward to another year with ED5international.

Kathryn Hailey began her classical training with Beverly Chatterton in Sydney. She later studied with Kim Traynor, Beverly Rowles and Josephine Jason. In this time, Kathryn completed all of her RAD exams up to advanced 2 with honours. She then went on to study teaching with Hilary Kaplin and gained her RAD teaching certificate with distinction and her Diploma of teaching Classical ballet with high Distinction. |
Kathryn Hailey is also trained and qualified to teach Modern/Contemporary, Tap Dancing (FATD - BBO) Jazz, drums and percussion (Toured Internationally playing music). To further her study and knowledge of anatomy and dance, Kathryn has taken a course in Anatomy and has recently become a Pilates instructor.
Kathryn danced professionally in the 90’s with various companies, performed in theatre shows and on television. Recent performance highlights have included a performance of Paquita with Gelsey Kirkland in New York, 2010 and recently performed alongside the Lithuanian ballerina Egle Spokaite, in Melbourne, 2011.
Kathryn has also been teaching for many years at many of Sydney’s sought out dance studio’s including her own operation in the Southern region of Sydney. Many of her students have graduated successfully and gained places in institutions such as The Australian Ballet Company.

Tina trained in Adelaide at the Gwen Mackay School of Dance in all aspects of Jazz, Theatrical, Classical, Tap and Ballroom. She is a qualified CSTD Teacher with a Diploma in Theatrical and Tap.
Tina’s first show was at age 16 in Annie Get Your Gun starring Toni Lamond and she has worked consistently in the industry ever since. |
Tina’s wide ranging career has seen her performing overseas in Monte Carlo & London, including NBC TV specials for Paul Anka & Donna Summer and working at several prominent London venues.
In Australia she has performed in many and varied shows, corporate, television and private engagements. She became one of Adelaide’s leading choreographers with television, road shows, cabaret and corporate events to her credit.
Tina was Dance Director for leading Adelaide school ‘The Studios’ and the Johnny Young Talent School for many years.
Tina is also an experienced and in demand choreographer for fashion parades with clients including David Jones, Myer, George Gross, Osh Kosh, Mini Minors, Ready Set Go and Big W.
Tina also has extensive experience in other aspects of the Entertainment Industry having run a successful Childrens Agency, worked with producers Grayboy Entertainment and as an Entertainment Consultant for a leading corporate booking agency.
Tina is delighted to be joining the staff at ED5International.

Elizabeth began training at a young age, with a focus on Ballet, Jazz, Tap and Contemporary. As she grew older her passion for the performing arts grew stronger and saw Elizabeth branch out into new areas and styles such as Singing, Drama, Musical Theatre and Modeling.
During this time Elizabeth performed at many events such as the Australian Dance Awards working with renowned choreographer John O’Connell, Bloch Dancewear fashion parades, appearances on the John Foreman Show and numerous corporate events. |
Elizabeth is a member of Sydney Youth Musical Theatre and has performed in the musicals 42nd St, West Side Story and Grease.
In 2007, Elizabeth graduated from the ED5 International full time Performing Arts course and during that time was given the opportunity to perform at Countdown Spectacular 2 and Tapworks- No Restrictions. Upon graduation Elizabeth has enjoyed performing in BLOC’s production of Chess-The Musical in Sydney’s Royal Theatre, Suntory TVC Japan, hair shows, music video clips and other commercial work. Aside from continually enjoying performing opportunities she is also completing a Bachelor of Media Course at Macquarie University.

Originally from the Hunter Valley, Brianna trained at The Debbie Rae School of Dance since the age of three. After travelling to London she furthered her training at Pineapple Studios & after returning home she completed her Certificate IV in Performing Arts at ED5 International, under the direction of William A Forsythe. |
Since beginning her professional career Brianna has worked with some of Australia’s leading choreographers including Dein Perry, William A Forsythe, Adam Williams, Simon Lind & Keith Hawley.
Brianna has performed alongside artists such as Jess Mauboy, Marcia Hines, David Campbell, Sneaky Sound System, TV Rock, Ian Stenlake & Rachael Beck. She has performed on The X-Factor and at the Premiers Gala Concert and Lions International. Brianna also completed a contract at the Venetian Hotel/Casino in Macau & while there, she danced at the Official Pool Party for Lady Gaga.
In and around Sydney she is regularly used in the commercial scene through companies such as Popset & Diva Corp. She is also a seasoned performer on the Sydney Showboats having completed numerous contracts with the company and also had the privilege of travelling with Showboats to perform for them in Dubai, UAE. Her other credits include a contract on the Tahitian Princess Cruise ship, Magic tour for Illusionist Sam Powers, Honda Asimo campaign, Luna Park performances & Australian Idol. Her TVCs include Philly Cream Cheese, LYNX/AXE deodorant & The Diamant Hotel.
Though she has trained in all facets of dance, Tap is her greatest Passion. Brianna has completed her GWT exams & in 2009 had the privilege of becoming an official GWT examiner. Through this role she examines students in dance schools throughout Australia, providing constructive feedback, grading & encouragement.
Brianna is currently working on the new production of the upcoming film Happy Feet 2. In the film she plays many roles and is doing percussion and tapping under the direction & choreography of Dein Perry.

Kirsty began dancing at the age of 5, training in Jazz, Funk, Lyrical, Modern Dance, Contemporary, Ballet, Acrobatics and Contortion, then in later years Hip Hop and Tap.
Kirsty was a dancer for the NSW Public Schools Junior Dance Ensemble where she had the honour of performing for the late Princess Diana. Kirsty also was a dancer in the NSW Public Schools Senior Dance Company of Contemporary and Modern Dance for many years. In the company, Kirsty performed at many School Spectacular’s and also in the Sydney 2000 Olympics, Opening and Closing Ceremonies. |
Kirsty also was given the prestige privilege to be one of the 6 dancers to perform the late Margaret Chapple’s version of Gertrud Bodenwieser’s original choreography of the Blue Danube at Sydney Opera House. A dance with an extraordinary history.
As an adult Kirsty trained at The Edge Performing Arts Center and Debbie Reynolds’s Studio in Los Angeles, USA. While living in Hollywood, Kirsty was a back up dancer for Grammy Nominee, Arnold G. At the young age of 20, Kirsty was scouted at The Edge, USA to be the choreographer and featured dancer for Arnold’s film clip for his recording of “I’m not in love”.
In 2007 Kirsty graduated from ED5 International full time course where she had the opportunity to perform at the Countdown Spectacular and Tapworks – No Restrictions show. She then went on to perform in various children’s entertainment shows, performing for Channel 7’s Carols in the Domain as well as the Sunrise Morning Show on Channel 7. Kirsty was the featured actor in the Nescafe Hidden Truths TV Commercial and documentary, and she currently features on the weekly extreme sports TV show on Foxtel Aurora Channel in 3 series as a backstage interviewer, ring announcer and professional wrestler. Kirsty enjoys film and television work and was the lead role in the short film 2009 Tropfest entry, “Perceptions”. Kirsty has also danced in film clips for The Next Step’s “Do it on the dance floor” and Panjo 5’s “Closer”.
Along with dancing and acting, Kirsty is also a songwriter, writing and recording original music with her brother for their band, “Doomsday Heroes”.
Kirsty enjoys performing in all forms of entertainment, from dancing, acting and singing to professional wrestling. After being a dance teacher since she was a teenager, and seeing her students excel, she finds it to be one of her most rewarding jobs.

Originally from Orange, Kristen moved to Sydney to pursue a career in the Entertainment Industry. In 1995 she graduated from Brent Street School of Performing Arts fulltime course where she studied all forms of dance, singing and acting.
Kristen has worked extensively in many different areas including stage and theatre, TV and film and in the commercial dance scene. |
She toured both nationally and internationally with highlights including Some Like It Hot 1997 Tour, Disneyland USA Tour 1998, Cinderella – Singapore, Warner Bothers Looney Tunes Tour of the Philippines and Hong Kong and as a singer with Star Cruises sailing South East Asia. Kristen can regularly be seen as host/compare for various Children’s Live Entertainment shows for ABC Live Events and Reg Prom Marketing.
In addition to performing Kristen is an experienced Dance Teacher and Choreographer. Apart from teaching at ED5, Kristen also teaches at many primary and secondary schools in the Sydney Metropolitan Area and is part of the Tri Skills dance Faculty. She has also lectured at Macquarie University as part of their leisure course.

Shannon attended The Queensland Dance School of Excellence and to further her training completed a fulltime performing arts course at ED5 International.
Shannon’s professional credit list includes contracts with Princess Cruises choreographed by William A Forsythe and the Venetian Hotel Macau with Keith Hawley. |
She has performed on Australian Idol, Australia’s Next top Model, So You Think You Can Dance and X Factor working under choreographers such as Squared Division and Marko Panzic. She has also worked on a number of commercials, film clips, conventions and corporate events but made her musical theatre debut in 2010 in Fame the Musical with Kelley Abbey. More recently Shannon has worked on Ben Veitch’s production of Blood, Sweat and Dance and the Shorter Sweeter Dance Tour featuring in 6 pieces by choreographers such as Sarah Boulter, Veronica Beattie, Thomas Egan and Travers Ross.

Deborah began studying in Perth under Peta Norton at the age of three and quit at the age of four ... luckily her eldest sister never did, and at nine she re-started and is now highly trained and accomplished in classical ballet, jazz, tap, lyrical, highland dancing and acrobatics, gaining a wealth of knowledge which she passed on to students of her own successful dance studio for 12 years. Along with her dance training, she has qualifications in Health and Fitness (Cert III & IV), Sports Science (BSc) and Sports Training. |
Her first international contract saw her working in an Asian theme park at age 17, with various tours worldwide thereafter. When back in Australia, she was featured regularly in parades for Spiers Model Management, launching several well known fashion lines and products. During this time, she also worked for companies such as Disney Live!, Promotechnics, Burswood Casino, Popcorn! and Bent Knee Creative.
Her professional performance experience in Australia has seen her work with such artists as Bjork (support band for Australia Tour), Vanessa Amorosi, Jimmy Barnes, Renee Geyer, Madison Avenue, Ally Fowler, Ronn Moss and Todd McKenney.
From 2003, she has toured extensively with Grayboy Entertainment (Sydney), Princess Cruises (LA) and P&O Cruises Australia (Sydney). Her association with these companies include the roles of Dance Captain and Assistant Cruise Director and most recently, teaching Production Shows to resident entertainers where she is responsible for rehearsing and introducing new casts to all technical aspects of each show onboard.
Currently Deb is teaching for and working with William A. Forsythe, ED5 International, Grayboy Entertainment and Dein Perry and also adjudicates for Sydney Eisteddfod, Onstage Performing Arts Competition and several others Australia wide. On regular return to Perth, she choreographs Corporate Event entertainment for Bent Knee Creative.

Natalie began her training at the tender age of three and has trained in a wide variety of dance styles at various prestigious schools in Sydney. She also completed a Certificate 4 in Performing Arts at ED5International’s
full-time course in 2006.
Most Recently Natalie had been working for P&O and Princess Cruises as a Singer/Dancer on the Pacific Star and Royal Princess which has taken her all around Europe, the Caribbean, South America and the South Pacific. |
Her credits also include various corporate events and shows i.e., Coca-Cola, Nesquick, Dreamworld, State of Origin, and Easter Shows. Natalie has also experienced TV Work, with a role in the short film Sword, Kerry-Anne Kennelly Show, Fox 8 Live, Australian Idol and a number of video clips for artist Nikki Webster, “Strawberry Kisses”, “Depend on Me” and “24’7”.
At age 14 she was lucky enough to travel with Nikki on her Australian National Tour “Follow Your Heart” Album Tour as a back up dancer for Nikki. Natalie has also compeered many club Christmas Shows and engaged in lead roles for Children’s Pantomimes i.e. Cinderella, Sleeping Beauty and Little Red Riding Hood. She has also taken part in semi-professional stage musicals Children of Eden held outside in the Cumberland State Forest and West Side Story at Eastwood Leagues Club both a Rob Martin Production.
Natalie is now completing a double degree in Applied Science (Exercise and Sport)/ Science Nutrition this year at Sydney University and is very excited to be teaching dance at ED5International.

Emma’s passion for the performing arts arose when she started Irish dancing at the age of 5. She studied at The McDonald College of The Performing Arts as a dancer, graduating in 2007. After studying many dance styles, she travelled to India twice to dance with Bollywood star, Bipasha Basu, for the New Years Eve Celebrations in Mumbai. |
Her interests started to merge with filmmaking when she was awarded “Best Editor for 2006” at the Robin Anderson Film Awards where her film, Parallelogram, was screened at the State Theatre. Emma was then offered a full scholarship to study at Sydney Film School.
She completed her Diploma in Screen Production and was awarded “Best Film Producer for 2008”. She worked on many films including her own thesis project Meisje that was screened at Parramatta Riverside Theatre with YouMove’s perfomance This Way Up. Combining her filmmaking skills with her passion for performing, Emma won the Sydney Opera house dance/film competition My Mutation. After graduating from ED5 International in 2009, Emma hopes to continue her ambitions in blending dance and film.

Jaclyn has been dancing and performing since the age of 3. Her years of dance experience cover Jazz, Tap, Ballet, Hip Hop, Funk, Cabaret and Contemporary. Since her late teens Jaclyn has been teaching and preparing children for performances in Jazz, Ballet and Tap.
After commencing examinations with the BDA (British Dancing Association) and successfully completing ATOD (Australia Teachers of Dance) Examinations in Jazz & Tap, the next natural progression for her was the ATOD Teachers Exams. |
She started Dance at Elena De 5 Performing Arts School where she majored in Dance and Vocal Performance. Jaclyn then traveled to the USA where she successfully competed & trained in the I LOVE DANCE Las Vegas competition in 1999.
She has danced at many corporate events and club functions including shows at the Royal Easter Show, Darling Harbour, Westfield shopping towns, Sydney Opera House, Football Grand Finals and numerous National dance competitions and Eisteddfods.

Natasha began dancing as soon as she could walk at her mother’s dance school on the Central Coast “Crane Academy Of Dance”. She attended Newtown High School of Performing Arts for years 11 and 12, and after finishing school spent two years teaching, choreographing and studying in L.A. at “The Edge” “Millenium” & “Debbie Reynolds Dance Studio”. |
She then moved on to study at Danceworld 301 as part of a full-time diploma performing arts course, followed by studying at ED5 International under direction of William A. Forsythe receiving a certificate IV in performing arts.
Natasha shares her interests between choreography and performance and is actively pursuing all aspects of her career in the entertainment industry.
Natasha is currently teaching in many dance schools both in Sydney and on the Central Coast. Being trained in all styles of dance she has a flair and passion for hip hop, contemporary, jazz and musical theatre. Throughout her dancing life she has been fortunate enough to be taught and inspired by some fantastic mentors such as William Forsythe, Kelley Abbey, Andre Fuentes & Tony Czar.

Zoey started dancing at a very young age at a dance school on the central coast Crane Academy Of Dance under the direction of Natasha Crane. She then did a year of full time at Urban Dance Centre receiving a certificate IV in Performing Arts where she was trained by well renowned choreographers such as Juliette Verne, Veronica Beattie, Rosa Aguis, Julie Williamson, Tiana Joubert, Kym Parrish, Michael "Sisqo' Francisco and many other talented choreographers. |
Since then Zoey has been lucky enough to be working throughout sydney doing gigs such as performing on So You Think You Can Dance season 2 finale choreographed by Kelley Abbey, Wrong prom entertainer at carriageworks, Back up dancer for Paulini and the infamous MC Hammer, Featured dancer on ABC's We are Canberra in Justin Bieber's "Baby" parody, Performed at numerous corporate entertainment and promo events and danced at many kids parties and festivals.
As well as being a performer Zoey also has a love for choreography and teaches at many schools in Sydney and on the Central Coast. Zoey is trained in all styles of dance and has been very fortunate to be trained and inspired by many wonderful choreographers throughout her career.

Paige Rodgers has been involved in the entertainment industry for most of her life and has been passing her knowledge on for over 15 years.
She started out as a dancer at the age of 4 and is formally trained in classical, tap and jazz. The next step was vocal training where she was introduced to Musical Theatre, where she performed with various musical Theatre Societies in numerous shows such as Dames At Sea and The Wiz. It was here where she discovered her passion for acting.

Paige studied for three years at Gala Studios in both acting for the stage and the screen. After graduating she became involved with Shenanigans Theatre Restaurant. She performed here for almost two years playing over 25 different characters, as well as singing, dancing and also in the role of resident choreographer.
Her acting work continued on stage in countless plays with Ferknerkle Productions including It’s My Party, Sniper and Famous Last Words just to name a few. In recent years she has performed at the Short and Sweet festival with her 2007 entry The Entrée was Death receiving an award for The Best Independent Theatre Company.
Paige has appeared in television in Home and Away, Crime Stories (60 minutes), Water Rats and a television commercial for Sony. She played the lead role in Perfect Match, a tropfest film in 2002 and has worked for many years as a camera operator for major casting agencies.

With a career spanning over more than two decades, Leigh's credits are as diverse as they are long.
An accomplished singer, dancer and actress, Leigh's talents have been regularly sought after in all areas of the entertainment industry both in Australia and Overseas.

Stage credits include the roles of Marty in Grease - the Arena Spectacular, Demeter in the Australian/Asian tour of Cats, Consuela in West Side Story, ensemble and understudy to Glinda/Aunt Em in the Australian tour of The Wizard of Oz, Mrs. Zebulan in the Australian tour of Joseph & the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat, and Little Miss Muffet in the Footbridge Production Red Riding Hood and Friends.
Leigh also featured in the premiere production of Get Happy in Sydney, performing the supporting roles of Dana and Marilyn Monroe to critical acclaim.
The face of numerous commercials, Leigh has appeared on The Midday Show, GMA with Bert Newton, Three Men & A Baby Grand, Hits and Memories, Carols In The Domain, and also featured in the TV movie remake of The Three Stooges.
Her natural humour and candid intimacy with audiences has seen Leigh appear extensively in cabaret and at numerous corporate functions for clients such as Bollinger, Canon, Nikon and Sony, and Princess Cruises performing her one-woman show Leigh Archer in Cabaret.

Maree began vocal training at the early age of 13 at ED5. She quickly developed her live performance skills through ED5 and HSC level Music, developing to study a Bachelor of Music (Majoring in Voice Performance) at the prestigious Australian Institute of Music for four years. Maree graduated with Honours and has since enhanced her skills by performing extensively in Australia’s live music scene.

Maree regularly performs in Sydney at venues such as The Basement, The Vanguard, The Roxbury, The Brass Monkey, Belvoir Street Theatre and the Wookpak as a resident artist. A number of bands have also utilised Maree’s unique vocal style and she has fronted among others As Long As It Grooves and Mark Da Costa and the Black List. Maree is also an in demand session singer and can currently be heard on the independent single Rendezvous.
Since graduation from her formal study Maree has professionally tutored in vocal skills bringing to ED5 teaching experience in all music styles and with students of all ages.
In addition Maree is also formally trained in a number of dance styles. Through ED5 Maree received tuition in Jazz, Ballet and Tap. She has performed at the 1996 and 1998 I Love Dance contests winning first place in the Song and Dance category at the latter. Maree recently performed at the ED5 25th anniversary concert.
Maree brings her passion for music to ED5 and is dedicated to developing each of her student’s unique sound.

Originally from Queensland, Joel's background ranges from musical theatre and cabaret to choral singing, instrumental music to music composition. He has studied voice with Jeremy Powell and Kym Parish, in addition to study of the Estill Vocal method under the renowned Helen Tiller. He is a consummate pianist and repetiteur, having played for numerous auditions and rehearsals across Sydney. Joel also runs his own theatre business, Double Agenda, with business partner Taryn Ryan, producing theatre workshops and cabaret open mic nights.

Joel’s performance credits include: Sam - Showtime: The Musical (Ensemble Theatre), Peter Pan and Mad Hatter – Tokyo Disneyland (Oriental Land Company), Generation whY (with Hayden Tee), NYC: A Concert, Flaw Play, Flaw Play: Relapsed, Flaw Play: Relapsed (…again) and the Australian premiere of Closer To Heaven (Other Production Company).
He has also appeared in various TV commercials and as a performer on morning television. Creatively, Joel has acted as musical director for Flaw Play/Flaw Play: Relapsed/Flaw Play: Relapsed (…again), the successful cabaret series that he co-wrote with fellow NIDA graduates.
In 2008, he had many of his own musical theatre pieces premiered. Joel is currently completing a Dip. (Perf. Arts) at ED5 International, a B Mus. Ed. (Composition) at Sydney Conservatorium of Music and is a proud graduate of NIDA Musical Theatre.
